Once again, you have the rare and...surely not envied...ability to sum up how I feel. Though I do disagree with those who say there are certain subjects that shouldn't enter the political arena(abortion for one) I still believe they are all mostly full of hot air and owned by the lobbyists that pay them off. The major problem lies in the fact that we have not just one person as President and another for Vice President but, in the entire way our government is now arranged. The electoral college is a farce and a completely unconstitutional concept, much like the income tax :). However, it prevails because government has gotten so out of touch with it's constituants that we never will be able to keep up with who is voting for what and whether they are representing their constituants or the people lining their pockets as they walk out of session. I, have my reasons for voting how I vote each time. I've never followed party and refuse to start. As you know, I was raised to believe external color doesn't matter...internal does.;) Great note!
